Huh? What about the Holy Spirit, what happened to the so-called.trinity here? And what does having both the Father and the Son mean? And this verse here says to abide in the teachings of Christ, yet in Hebrews 6:1 it says to move from them?

2John 1:10 If there come any unto you and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house.(a saying to be wary of those with deceiving messages), neither bid him Godspeed.

Verse 10 above and this one do not mean that you are not to be kind to people who may not spiritually think as you do, so always be honest with people, yet avoid encouraging them in their pathway if you see them on the road of error and stay away from wasting your time on those coming to convince you of their religious stance when you know they are close-minded about beliefs. God never overrides where you may be with your journey through this thing called life.
