Bootleg liquor may kill the consumer, but it heals the bootlegger!

Many people travel to Europe to see old ruins when all they really had to do was go to the local pub!

People who can afford to gamble do not need money and those who need money cannot afford to gamble!

Actual sign in Norway: Ladies are required not to have babies in the bar!

A few Christians and increasingly, non Christians, are becoming highly intolerant of smoking and intolerant of those who drink. I don't understand why. Even some of the early disciples of Christ got stoned a few times.(Acts 7:59; 14:19), albeit a different type of stoning. Just joking!

Second hand smoke is anathema to a lot of people unless it's from an electronic cigarette or cigar and apparently, they're not at all good for health. Some people even fear smoke! They are ignorant of the facts! They cite.1Corinthians 6:19 but may neglect Matthew 15:16-19.

They probably don't know about nicotine, that's it's not only in tobacco but also in potatoes and tomatoes and that the human body has receptors to absorb nicotine keeping it healthy. Clean tobacco, that is, without the some 300 chemicals the cabal corporations add, is ok. Like beer is ok too, but again there are around 47 chemicals added to it, not good.

Sincere love for others is so far above and so much more effectual for good than our inconsistencies regarding evil, that there really is no comparison:.1Peter 4:8 "And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves, for charity shall cover the multitude of sins."

People should be more concerned with what they are eating and equally important, how they are reacting in social situations.

Japan and other Asian countries have always consumed the highest amount per capita of cigarettes in the world, by far. Japan, as one example, had almost no cancer and heart disease until about 40 years ago. Yet they smoked then as they still do today. Lots.

What caused the change? The Japanese moved away from their diet of mostly home grown organic vegetables, naturally fermented preparations in the form of pickles, proper oxygen providing oils.(enables oxygen to reach the cells).freshly cooked whole grains.(not the wheat and other grains we have today that are toxic due to the use of all the 'cides', but also because their seeds have been genetically modified {and in true deceit, unlabeled}, so avoid them if you value your health or only select organic ones), sea vegetables.(seaweed).and adopted an American diet, high in cancer feeding sugars.

They also moved from whole brown rice to white rice, which has been known to kill rats if that's all you gave them and cause beriberi.(Beriberi, White Rice and Vitamin B by Kenneth Carpenter, University of California Press, ISBN 05202205396).in humans. They started white breads, pasta, simple sugars.(complex sugars are better as they slowly release into the blood stream from the intestine, evenly maintaining blood sugar levels, whereas simple sugars go into the blood stream from the oral cavity, esophagus and stomach).and generally all the convenient, processed, frozen and canned 'foods' so common in kitchens of western homes.

They moved from a diet of fish.(they ate mostly white fleshed fish; had no dangerous amounts of mercury as fish do today, so eat a few organic strawberries before and after having fish).and started eating far more regular meat and chicken than is healthy for them. As a result their cancer and heart disease rate is now almost equal to those of the western world.

But we blame smoking. We avoid taking responsibility for toxic attitudes and habits we may have, while at the same time blame others for what we deem to be out of balance. But it's better to smoke and eat well than to not smoke and consume what Americans, Europeans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders and other 'civilized' countries are consuming. Get a better diet

Emmanuel said that anything.(crap food, genetically engineered/modified 'frankenfood' {so buy where it says on the label,.'non-GMO, organic'}, smoking or what have you).cannot defile a man spiritually, unless as the ancients ignorantly believed, their idols held some power. But for those having more sense, it's a different story:.Deuteronomy 32:17.

Belief can activate evil for the one believing it can. Do you believe in death?

It is what comes out of a person's heart that defiles him, so do not be down on those who smoke and drink. Emmanuel was not down on them:.Matthew 15:16-19 "And Emmanuel said, Have you not learned anything? Do not you yet comprehend that whatsoever enters in at the mouth goes into the belly and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies." Mark 7:15,18,23..Actions come from what a person is and what a person is, is his thoughts.. Even though man was born good.(Ecclesiastes 7:29), he has allowed much to defile him:.Psalms 106:39 "Thus were they defiled with their own works and went a whoring with their own inventions.(or, inventions for selfish gain by getting others to accept evil ways)."

But, all things we believe not to be good for us.(Romans 14:23), and/or harmful or negative toward others, we should eradicate from our lives:.2Corinthians 7:1 "Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness.(original is 'to pollute so as to stain black' or we can say harmful habits).of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." 1Corinthians 8:13 "Wherefore, if meat.(just means 'food', some particular type of a food that may be offensive to another. probably because of the other person's religious beliefs, and here referring to the flesh of an animal that some were eating).make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world stands, lest I make my brother to offend."

Bad actions come back on us, somehow, some way, some day. How else can those straighten out who aren't inclined to learn from their own experiences and those of others.(Obadiah 1:15), whether written down or heard directly from them.

How many ask the elderly about their lives for what lessons they could glean? Instead, most people have to come against a brick wall before they even see a need to take a different turn. They have been badly blinded to the truth of living and that makes it hard on them.

How do we eradicate negative results that are coming back to haunt us?

If you think smoking tends to make a woman's voice harsh, just wait till you hear it
after dropping cigarette ashes on her rug!
